Structural Feature
The following material can be used according to working condition and customer's requirement,carbon steel,stainless steel,（1Cr18Ni9Ti、304、304L、Mo2Ti、 316L、904L） heat-resisting，wear-resisting steel.
This pump is horizontal radially split type, single- stage and single-suc-tion centrifugal pump,back side opening structure.In case of repairing and examining, it is unnecessary to dismantle the pipe line,the casing is the axial suction,radial discharging feet supporting type.
Adopting front and back sealing ring and balancing hole to under go hy-draulic the filling tank has cooling and heating pipe joint.The shaft seal-ing adopts filling sealing or single end-face mechanical sealing,equipped with cooling,washing or sealing liquid system.The sealing system and standard pipe line is designed in accordance with API norm.
The connection between pump and motive power is by means of pro-longed couple.The suction and discharge pipe flange has the same rated pressure grade. Viewed from the clectric motor,the pump rotates clockwise.
